MBTI Workshop Singapore –
Build Stronger Teams Through Personality Profiling
Discover MBTI workshops and courses in Singapore designed to improve teamwork, communication, and working relationships.
What is MBTI® and Why It Matters at Work
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is a trusted and widely used personality assessment tool that helps people understand their natural preferences in how they take in information, make decisions, and interact with others. It is based on over 70 years of psychological research and is especially valuable in workplace settings.

By understanding their own and others’ personality types, teams gain deeper insight into communication styles, decision-making preferences, and work habits. This leads to improved working relationships, reduced misunderstandings, and a more cohesive team dynamic—especially when dealing with differing opinions or work styles.

At MJI, our MBTI workshops, courses, and teambuilding programmes focus on these practical outcomes. We help teams apply MBTI insights directly to their workplace challenges—whether it's improving collaboration across departments, strengthening leadership communication, or enhancing team synergy during transitions.
