COURSE OUTLINE
What Is a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Workshop & Why It Matters at Work
Strengths profiling is a development approach that identifies an individual’s natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, and shows how these talents can be intentionally applied for higher performance and engagement at work.
In this workshop, participants gain insights from a globally recognised strengths framework (CliftonStrengths® by Gallup) and learn how different strengths contribute to outcomes such as collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, and execution.
Rather than focusing on fixing weaknesses, strengths profiling emphasises amplifying what individuals naturally do well, building complementary team dynamics, and improving energy, confidence, and motivation at work.

Strengths at Work: From Individual Talent to Team Performance
