COURSE OUTLINE

What is DISC and Why It Matters at Work

Effective team communication is essential for achieving work goals and building stronger relationships. While we often work alongside others every day, many teams struggle with misunderstandings caused by different communication styles and behavioural tendencies.

Our DISC Personality Profiling Workshop is based on the DISC Model developed by Dr. William Marston. It helps individuals and teams understand four core behavioural styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, and how these styles impact workplace dynamics.

Through this interactive session, participants gain practical insights into their own style, learn how to collaborate with others more effectively, and walk away with tools to improve communication, reduce friction, and lead with greater awareness.
