Matthew James
Matthew James is an award-winning corporate learning strategist, facilitator, and speaker. With over 20 years of experience, he is highly sought after for his expertise in Public Speaking, People Skills, Communication Skills, and building high-performing teams. Having worked with over 1000 companies across 20 countries, he delivers more than 100 speaking, training, and consulting engagements annually.

Betty Kan-Sekine
Betty Kan-Sekine graduated with honors from California State University. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK) and a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NFNLP, USA). Betty is also an Associate Lecturer at SIM Global Education and a licensed instructor in ThinkBuzan and iMindMap techniques. She is a certified instructor in Dr. Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats® Method and Lateral Thinking™ Application, and she holds an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification framework. Betty served as Director of Client Services at a prestigious San Francisco litigation law firm for over a decade, where her trilingual skills and customer-centric approach earned her a Bronze Medal for Service Excellence from the World Journal in the US.
