  • Corporate Training and Development

Our training workshops are designed to impart specific know-hows through high-energy and interactive discussions, role-plays, games, group challenges, reinforcement rewards and quizzes. Trainers are well-acquainted with major learning theories and will modify the training approaches to suit participants’ learning styles and expertise levels.

As far as possible, the use of technology and media such as video/voice recordings and playback will be incorporated to bring about a holistic learning environment and experience.


  • Pre and Post Training Assessments and Audits

We strive to add value to our clients by providing the additional service of pre and post training assessments and audits. We believe that training brings awareness of critical skills and new knowledge. However for the training to be effective, awareness coupled with application must be enforced.

We offer pre-training audits to assess the current competencies of your organization as well as post-training assessments to measure actual progress benefited from the training. This also helps provide a check on our training quality and competency. Follow-up refresher sessions are available to ensure that the learning is applied successfully.


  • Training Consultancy

Organizational problems are difficult to identify. Obvious inadequacies of any form can be traced to multiple reasons without a definite explanation. But without rectifying the deeper issue, any superficial changes can only trigger off superficial improvements.

The research and consultancy team is formed to provide the foundational groundwork of our business. The principle is that no research findings from anywhere can be better than research that comes from you. The task is thus to first find out what your own organizational needs are before prescribing an appropriate course of action.

Our proprietary 5-step process for training will help attend to these needs. The research team will help identify potential shortfalls, present statistical findings with justification, and propose appropriate training suggestions. Training content will then be tailored with these considerations in mind to bring about resolution.

Another purpose for consultancy work is to offer our clients innovative and solutions-driven ideas. An example of this is developing for our clients a corporate style guide for writing to ensure consistency throughout the organisation. Our research and content development team is continually designing and developing new training products that are focused on organisational needs today. Keeping our eyes on current market trends and needs, we seek to produce content that addresses not just current training needs but also development needs of the future.


 

  • Public Seminars and Workshops

MJI's team of professional training consultants are actively engaged in facilitating public seminars and training workshops. These one-to-two day workshops are organised based on industry-specific needs. Some of these workshops include "PR Skills for non PR Executives" and "Organizational Skills for Events Planning and Execution”.
