LTC (Ret) George Thomas had held various command and staff appointments in the 22 years in the SAF and demonstrated dynamic leadership and outstanding management skills. He was selected as SAF's first representative to serve in the United Nations Headquarters Department of Peace Keeping in New York from 1995 to 1996. He was privileged to attend a course at the Asia Pacific Centre College of Securities in Hawaii - USA where officers from over 40 countries were represented. He is presently an independent trainer specializing in Leadership and Team building programmes, and is also the marketing consultant based in Singapore for an industrial Packaging company based in Taiwan. 

George is an experienced leadership consultant and an excellent team building trainer and coach with a commendable track record of helping new and up coming leaders. He is also a good facilitator and educator whose mission is the development of individuals who are committed to the improvement of leadership and team building in others as well as in themselves. He believes that there is no better enviroment for learning how to lead than learning how to understand relationship with otehrs in a group/team setting.

For over 22 years, George has served as a leader, group facilitator, trainer, and organizational development professional in a very large organization. As a facilitator, George meets the group where they are and provides skills and insights that allow them to hear each other and to communicate at a higher plane. As a trainer, George's skills in identifying the needs of his participants combined with his mastery of the subject helps to educate and inspire. His ability to instruct with flair and a light-hearted approach makes the sessions enjoyable, interesting and pleasant. He has served as trainer/consultant for teambuilding with the S-league outfit SAFFC for the past 4 years.
