Methodology
To ensure critical skills are transferred and applied in the workplace, we employ both attitudinal and skills training in all our workshops.
Our training design and delivery utilize a three-pronged approach towards the learning objectives - fostering attitudes, developing and practicing skills, and promoting understanding of concepts and models behind the subject matter.
By adopting adult learning principles in our training methodologies - role-plays, action learning games, simulated exercises; discussions and group-driven debriefing discussions, key learning points are facilitated from the participants, which enables stronger retention and internalization. Skills to substantiate learning are then taught and practiced in the relevant work context through the application of customized case studies and discussions.
